Holy Gorgeousness!!!

I got to spend yesterday in one of my favorite places---Jackson Hole! it's so gorgeous up there! I go along the Palisades Reservoir and just had to get some photos of how beautiful it was. There are times I do love traveling for work!


There was a guy wind surfing--it looked so fun!










I thought the ski hills looked so cool--it looks like you ski right down into town.


How can something so pretty be so evil? Wheat fields ready to harvest are so pretty--too bad they cause me so much misery while they're being harvested!

On a totally different note, Josh started soccer practice last night! He was so excited to get back on the field. When I dropped by to see him, the new coach had them running, running, running!

Moving the Tramp

Josh & Emmett had the awesome idea to bring the trampoline from the back yard around to the front so that they could use it when they watched the movie outside at the party. Awesome idea & it would have worked great, but they ended up not even watching the movie! So they rolled it back around the house, back to the back yard.

Let The Good Times Roll!

Josh had his much anticipated party last night! We had somewhere between 30-50 kids there. The kids all seemed to have a great time & it sure was fun to have them here! Josh's group is a super fun bunch. They are always fun to have over. I know Josh, Cooper & Emmett are greatly looking forward to the next party!

Wow! The yard looks amazing! Josh had a big party last night that somehow, over the last week, has gone from being Josh's party to being Josh, Emmett, and Cooper's party. Emm & Coop helped finish getting the yard ready and spent a couple of days, toiling around here for me. I paid them in food & cookies. I had some happy boys around here! Look at how nice it is...

The guys have taken to taking Josh's mattress to the family room to sleep on. This way they don't have to sleep on the floor. They make me laugh!

Emmett told me this weekend that our house is basically his other home & we are like family. What a great kid he is--this guy is welcome around here anytime!

Pioneer Day 5k

Josh's boss convinced him to run in a 5K this morning. Josh had Emmett & Cooper over last night & they had a very late night. So Josh did this run this morning on about four hours of sleep. He did great! He finished 5th overall and 3rd in his age group behind two of his friends. More importantly, he beat his boss!

Josh has just the best friends ever! We have had Emmett in our home, I think, every Friday night for at least a month. And Cooper's over all the time. These two are Josh's best friends and I just love these two boys!

Have you ever seen horses like this?

I've been doing some traveling for work. I know, big surprise! I ended up traveling 3 days this week, which I don't normally like to do, but it was needed. Tuesday, I was in Ogden. They are apparently having some big rodeo there this summer & they had these really cool horses all over down town. They are all painted with different pictures on them. I thought they were so cool, I had to drive around the block about 6 times to take photos of them all!
